We have been providing vacation area property rentals since 1996. During this time we have seen many changes and have kept abreast of these by meticulously maintaining our properties and services. All properties are situated within Osceola County Florida and are easily accessible from major highways in and through the State. The I.4, being the main interstate, with Hwy 192 and 429 radiating from it.

 

The homes are only 25 minutes from Orlando International Airport, which is fed by the main airlines. Sandford airport is a further 25 minutes on and is mainly serviced by charter airlines.

The Atlantic and Gulf coast beaches are approx. 75 minutes away.

The Disney theme parks of Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios are on our doorstep, Universal and Sea World are about 20 minutes away. Anybody advertising a property as "only 5 minutes from Disney" are not being truthful as Disney parks have an area equivalent to Manchester UK and thats only to reach the parking area.. 

 

For the avid golfer who wishes to play some of the finest courses, they will not be dissapointed. Our two properties on Indian Ridge Oaks actually adjoin the Mystic Dunes Golf and Country club.whilst Falcons Fire, Champions Gate, Reunion, Celebration and of course Disney Magnolia and others are all within easy reach.

Our properties all have open aspects and conservation views to the rear, not looking into somebody elses pool or yard.Furnished to a very high specification, with cable Tv's in most rooms, Wi-Fi and free telephone calls both locally and international. We can assist with car hire for the duration of your stay, only utilising major on airport companies, Dollar, Budget, National and Avis etc.
